Record Placements: 94% of ITI Graduates Secure Jobs in 2025
We are proud to announce that the BCT Industrial Training Institute (ITI) has achieved a placement rate of 94% for its 2025 graduating batch — the highest in the institute's history and among the best for any ITI in Andhra Pradesh.
Placement Highlights
Out of 156 graduates across five trades — Electrician, Fitter, Welder, COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant), and Motor Mechanic Vehicle — 147 have been placed in reputed companies. Major recruiters this year included Vizag Steel Plant, Hindustan Shipyard, Aurobindo Pharma, Dalmia Cement, and several automotive service centres.
The average starting salary for placed candidates is ₹14,500 per month, with top performers earning up to ₹22,000. Several graduates have received opportunities in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore, opening up new horizons for young people from rural and tribal backgrounds.
What Sets Our ITI Apart
Our ITI goes beyond the standard syllabus. Students receive supplementary training in soft skills, English communication, workplace safety, and financial literacy. Each student completes a mandatory 4-week industry internship before graduation, giving them real-world exposure and making them more job-ready.
We've also invested in upgrading our workshops with modern equipment. Our CNC machining centre, donated by L&T, gives students hands-on experience with industry-standard technology that many government ITIs lack.
Success Story
Arjun, a 2025 graduate from a tribal village near Paderu, had never seen a factory floor before joining our ITI. Today, he works as an electrician at Vizag Steel Plant, earning ₹18,000 per month. "BCT ITI didn't just teach me a trade," he says. "It taught me to dream bigger." Arjun now supports his family and is saving to build a house in his village.
