About This Programme
BCT's community development programme operates through Community Action Groups (CAGs) in 137 villages, reaching over 1.3 lakh people annually. The programme mobilises farmers through Farmer Field Schools, coordinates government scheme convergence, conducts health screening camps, supports women's SHGs, and builds village-level institutions for sustainable self-governance and development.
