Rehabilitation to recovery-Mathe Apparao, Kuneti village

Mathe Apparao from Kuneti village suffered from left hemiplegia following a Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) two years ago. Unable to perform basic activities, his recovery journey seemed daunting. As part of SLFC intervention, a tailored physiotherapy program was initiated to help him regain independence. For several months, a dedicated team conducted personalized sessions three times a week, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination in his affected side. As a result, he regained significant strength and mobility on his left side and can handle daily tasks and household chores better. His recovery has brought joy and relief to his family.
