Born into a poor family, Prasad faced many challenges including the loss of his father during childhood. His mother, a dedicated agricultural laborer, became the sole provider for the family. However, showing dedication, Prasad enrolled in BCT ITI after 10th grade. Specializing in the fitter trade, he worked hard, securing an impressive 85% in his ITI exams. He also landed a coveted apprenticeship with Indian Railways and today earns a respectable monthly income.
