Growth of Nithin Lalam, Lalamkoduru from lack of communication to motivating others

This spirited 15-year-old from Koduru village has been deaf and mute since birth. Enrolled at BCT in 2017, at the age of 8 years, he initially struggled with lack of communication skills and frequent frustration. But with patient guidance and specialized support, he began to blossom. Through training in sign language, tailoring, horticulture, and computer basics, he built his confidence and is currently studying in the 9th grade. Along with other skills like tailoring and horticulture, Nithin is also tech-savvy, and can read Telugu aloud with growing fluency. He confidently interacts with peers and teachers, expresses his ideas clearly, and is deeply trusted by both staff and students. As a student leader, he guides others in horticulture activities and sets an example of motivation and self-discipline.
