RECRUITMENT NOTICE

Recruitment details for a project in rural and tribal areas. This project is a short term project (three years) and all the posts are co-terminus with project funding. Knowledge of Telugu is essential and for senior posts, English is also essential.

Areas of operation for this project: RURAL: Munagapaka/Atchutapuram, Rambilli, Yellamanchili, S.Rayavaram and Kasimkota mandals of Anakapalli district. 
 
TRIBAL: G. Madugulu mandal  

All candidate must reside near the place of work.

Post Number of posts Description Qualifications
Project Coordinators  (Agriculture) 2 1 Project Coordinator for rural area, and 1 for tribal area.

Role: Project coordinators report to the project director and are responsible for overseeing planned programs in their respective field areas. They are involved in activity execution, monitoring, and mentoring cluster-level organizers, community resource persons, and field assistants who work at the ground level.
Ag MSc. (Extension specialization preferable). At least 2 years of experience
Project Coordinators  (Welfare) 1 1 Project Coordinator for entitlement program in tribal areas:
Role: Project coordinators report to the project director and are responsible for overseeing planned programs in their respective field areas. They are involved in activity execution, monitoring, and mentoring cluster-level organizers, community resource persons, and field assistants who work at the ground level.
MSW with at least 2-3 years of experience, preferably in tribal areas
Agriculture Trainers

1 trainer is for rural area and 1 trainer is for tribal area (Agriculture only).

Role: Project trainers directly report to the project coordinator and are responsible for providing technical inputs to the staff regarding agricultural activities. They are involved in awareness programs, demonstrations, skill trainings, cattle shed lining activity, follow-up trainings, micro shade nets activity, custom hiring center activity, mushroom cultivation, goatery, and poultry activities.
Ag BSc
Community Organizers  (PWD) 1
1 is for tribal area.

Role: Community organizers directly report to the project director and are responsible for identifying the needs of persons with disabilities (PwDs) at the community level (each 63 villages). They oversee the implementation of programs, monitor the progress, and provide mentoring to field assistants to ensure better performance.
Bachelor's degree and preferably with Social Work plus 2 years of work experience.
Orthotics and Rehab Technicians 2 1 Orthotics and Rehab Technician for rural, and 1 is for tribal area.

Role: Orthotics and Rehab Technicians report to the community coordinator and are responsible for providing physiotherapy services to individuals in need at both the center level and the community level in their respective field area
Relevant diploma or Degree with 2 years experience
Cluster level Organizers  8
3 Cluster level Organizers for rural area, and 5 are for tribal area.

Each (1) CLO covers 500 farmers.
Role: Cluster level organizers report to the project coordinator and are responsible for implementing agriculture-related activities in their respective field areas. They monitor and mentor the community resource persons involved in these activities to ensure their effective execution.
Ag Polytechnic/ BSc life sciences -Agriculture as one of the subject
Project Accountant
1 Accountant for overall project (both rural and tribal areas) M.Com with 5 years exp with knowledge in Tally and preferably NGO experience. Experience in Internal audit will be beneficial
